【摘要】 目的:了解视残老人的屈光状况。方法:老年视残患者128例256眼,使用角膜曲率计、电脑验光仪结合视网膜检影验光进行屈光检查。并以问卷方式了解患者文化水平及经济状况。结果:日常生活视力<0.05有112眼(43.8%),0.05~0.3有144眼(56.2%);有屈光不正184眼(71.8%);其中远视性屈光不正100眼(54.3%),近视性屈光不正64眼(34.8%),混合散光20眼(10.9%)。经屈光矫正后有70眼(27.3%)患者视力能提高;重度视残老人不论是文化水平还是生活水平均低于轻度视残老人(P<0.05)。结论:老年视残患者部分为屈光不正,要注意矫正,以提高生活质量;各级要重视眼病知识的普及及生活水平的提高,积极防盲治盲,减少残疾发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the prevalence of refractive error among the elderly people with visual impairment.Methods: 128 cases of refractive error(256 eyes) were selected from patients aged from 60 to 80 years old.Refractive data were collected using keratometor,autorefractor and retinal optometry,and the standard of living and civilization were evaluated by a questionnaire.Results:There were 112 eyes with visual acuity <0.05(43.8%) and 144 eyes with 0.05-0.3(56.2%).There were 184 eyes having refractive errors(71.8%).Among them,there were 100 eyes(54.3%) with farsighted refractive error,64 eyes(34.8%) with nearsighted refractive error and 20 eyes(10.9%) with mixed astigmastism.The vision was improved in 70 eyes(27.3%) after refractive correction.The standard of living and civilization of the severe disability was lower than the mild disability(P<0.05).Conclusion: Refractive error is common among the elderly people with visual impairment,and correction is very important to improve quality of life of patients.更多还原
