【摘要】 目的:探讨佛山某社区中年人群代谢综合征的患病率及危险因素。方法:容桂社区35~74岁的常住居民人群共4 083例为调查对象,进行病史询问以及身高、体重、腰围、臀围、血压、血糖、血脂等检查。结果:代谢综合征患病率为11.3%(标化率);血脂异常41.6%;男女性之间比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。Logistic回归分析结果显示影响MS的相对危险性(度)依次为高血糖、超重、WHR异常、血脂异常、高血压、男性<女性,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论:本地区35岁以上人群多项危险因素水平较高,特别要注意高血脂、体重指数、血压、WHR指标测定。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the risk factors of mid-aged people with diabetes in Ronggui community.Methods: From 1999 to 2002 there were 4083 residents who were investigated,aged between 35 and 59 in 7 resident committees in Hongqi area.Their sick histories were asked and their height,weight,waistline,buttock line,blood pressure,blood sugar and fat in blood were checked.Results: The incidence of diabetes in the residents was 4.7%.The abnormal rate of blood fat was 41.30%.There was significant difference between males and females(P<0.01).Logistic regression analysis revealed that the relative risk influencing diabetes was high blood sugar,overweight,abnormal WHR,abnormal blood fat,hypertension and male in turn(P<0.01).Conclusion: There are many risk factors in mid-aged people in Ronggui community.Special attention should be paid to hypertension,body weight index,blood pressure and WHR.更多还原
