【摘要】 目的:了解高压氧(HBO)对冠心病患者静息心率、脉压和血脂的影响。方法:46例确诊为冠心病的患者列为冠心病组,另选择非冠心病的患者42例为对照组,均配合给予HBO治疗。治疗前后观察静息心率(RHR)、脉压(PP)和血脂的变化。结果:治疗前冠心病组RHR、PP及血脂TC、LDL-c、APOA1均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗12～26d,平均(24±0.4)d后,与治疗前比较,RHR、PP、TC、TG、LDL-c均明显下降,HDL-c升高(P<0.05);与对照组比较,TC,LDL-c,ApoA1和Lp(a)仍较高,差异有显著性意义。对照组治疗后与治疗前比较,TC、TG及LDL-c均明显下降(P<0.05)。结论:HBO辅助治疗可降低冠心病患者RHR、PP及血脂,有助于冠心病的治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the effect of hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) on resting heart rate (RHR),pulse pressure (PP) and lipids of patients with coronary heart disease (CHD). Methods:Forty-six cases of CHD served as CHD group,and 42 cases of non-CHD as control group. RHR,PP and lipids were checked before and after HBO treatment. Results:(1) RHR and PP were lower after HBO treatment than those befofe HBOT in CHD group (P<0.05). (2)TG,TC and LDL were reduced,and HDL was increased after HBOT in both two groups (P<0.05). (3) RHR and PP were significantly higher in CHD group than in contrlo group before treatment. TG,TC and LDL were also higher,and HDL was lower. Conclusion:HBO treatment can lower RHR,PP,TG,TC and LDL,and HDL is increased after HBO.更多还原
