【Abstract】 Forest resource protection is the main contents of modern forestry ecological construction.And,the achievements’consolidation of modern forestry ecological construction needs to depend on the enhancement of forestry policy and resource management.Under new situation,the three key layers about tree,forestland and forest right in forestry policy and resource management are expounded.Finally,the construction emphasis for forestry policy and resource management is put forward from three aspects,i.e.,the organization and institution,the building of the legal system,and the technology and equipment.更多还原
