【摘要】 目的:探讨处于康复期的海洛因依赖男性患者(MPHD)精神症状与视觉诱发电位P300(VEP-P300)的特点及二者的关系。方法:采用抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)及症状自评量表(SCL-90),对38例MPHD与30例健康对照进行评估,并于1周内测受试前额区(Fz)、中央区(Cz)及顶区(Pz)的VEP-P300。结果:除强迫状态、人际关系外,MPHD组SCL-90总分及其各因子、SDS总分及SAS总分均显著高于对照组。MPHD组与对照组VEP-P300各指标均无显著差异。SAS、SCL-90总分及SCL-90多个因子与Fz、Cz、Pz点VEP-P300的潜伏期呈显著正相关。结论:康复期的MPHD仍存在着抑郁、焦虑情绪以及多种心身症状,心理状况与VEP-P300密切相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the feature and relationship of pathological psychology and visual evoked potential P300(VEP-P300) in male patients with heroin dependence(MPHD) in rehabilitative period.Methods:38 MPHD and 30 healthy controls were evaluated with Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS),Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS) and Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90);and VEP-P300 were tested at the forehead zone(Fz),the central zone(Cz) and the parietal zone(Pz) in the following week.Results:Compared with healthy controls,MPHD had significantly higher total scores of SDS,SAS,and higher total and factor scores of SCL-90 except factor obsession-compulsive and interpersonal sensitivity of SCL-90(P<0.05 or P<0.01).When administered drug pictures as targets(DT),there was no significant difference at Fz,Cz and Pz between MPHD and controls(P>0.05).There was significant positive correlation between the total scores of SAS,SCL-90,most factors of SCL-90 and the VEP-P300 latent period at Pz,Cz and Pz(P<0.05 or P<0.01).The values of correlation were from 0.32 to 0.48.Conclusion:In rehabilitative period,MPHD still suffered from depressive,anxious mood and multitude psychosomatic symptoms,and VEP-P300 shows close correlation with psychological state.更多还原
