【Abstract】 QMS(Quadrupole mass spectrometer) has been carried by spacecraft to explore the composition of some planetary atmospheres such as Venus,Saturn,Jupiter and Titan for several times,by which some valuable information were acquired.Analyzes which problems the QMS is facing to in space research.With a practical space exploration mission as example,the merit and deficiency of QMS design are discussed,as well as the new requirements for QMS in future space exploration.更多还原
