检出携带vanA基因耐万古霉素溶血葡萄球菌
The clinical isolate of vancomycin-resistant Staphylococcus hemolyticus harboring vanA gene
【摘要】 目的了解本院万古霉素敏感性减低葡萄球菌的流行情况,探讨其耐药机制。方法分别采用菌谱分析法、万古霉素脑心浸液平板筛选法从临床分离菌株中筛选万古霉素敏感性减低葡萄球菌,并以琼脂稀释法、E-test法检测其最低抑菌浓度(MIC),以PCR方法检测耐药基因(van,mecA)。结果检出32株异质性万古霉素耐药葡萄球菌(h-VRS),1株万古霉素耐药溶血葡萄球菌(VRSH),对替考拉宁和万古霉素MIC分别为256μg/mL和128μg/mL。33株万古霉素敏感性减低葡萄球菌均检出mecA基因,32株h-VRS中均没有检出van基因;从VRSH菌株中检出vanA基因,该菌株从临床标本中检出,比较罕见。结论万古霉素耐药葡萄球菌在我国已经出现,应当引起足够重视。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the vancomycin-resistance of clinical isolated staphylococci from the Second Affiliated Hospital of Suzhou University.Methods 1211 staphylococci isolates were analyzed by population analysis,Brain Heart Infusion(BHI) vancomycin screen agar and E-test.The bacterial resistance genes of mecA,vanA,vanB,and vanC were amplified by PCR.Results 32 strains of heterogeneous vancomycin-resistant staphylococci were isolated,and one Staphylococcus hemolyticus strain is resistant to both vancomycin and teicoplanin(with MIC 128μg/mL and 256 μg/mL).The vancomycin-resistant S.hemolyticus(VRSH) harbors both mecA and vanA genes.But only mecA was detected from all hVRS strains.Conclusion This is the first clinical isolate of vancomycin-resistant S.hemolyticus harboring vanA gene in China.
