超临界溶液快速膨胀制备灰黄霉素超细微粒的表征与溶解性研究

【摘要】 目的研究由超临界溶液快速膨胀法制备的灰黄霉素超细微粒的形貌特征及其在PBS缓冲溶液中的溶解性。方法采用光学显微镜、扫描电镜、差示扫描量热计、X射线衍射对超细微粒进行表征。结果所制备的灰黄霉素微粒平均直径在1μm左右,粒度均匀;其物理性质及结构没有明显变化;其溶解速率大且在2min后浓度达到最高。结论超临界溶液快速膨胀法可以用来制备药物超细微粒。

【Abstract】 Objective The characterization and solubility at buffer solution PBS of miroparticle griseofulvin prepared by rapid expansion of supercritical solution were studied.Methods The obtained microparticles were characterized by SEM,DSC and XRD.Results Its average diameter was 1μm or so.Its crystal habit was not changed evidently at the experimental conditions and its soluble speed was very fast at buffer solution PBS.Conclusion The rapid expansion of supercritical solution method could be used to produce drug microparticles.
