【摘要】 目的了解残疾人全面康复的需求和服务现状。方法通过全国发行的月刊杂志《中国残疾人》刊登调查问卷,问卷通过邮寄方式收集并进行统计分析。结果残疾人在康复、教育、就业、无障碍环境改造等各方面全面需求迫切,服务能力不足。结论残疾人全面康复需求迫切,应尽快建立和完善康复保障体系和康复服务体系,不断提高康复服务质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the needs and services of rehabilitation for persons with disabilities.Methods The questionnaires were issued through the journal Disability in China and collected the posted questionnaire to be analyze.Results Persons with disabilities have urgently needed rehabilitation,education,employment and barrier free environment reconstruction,yet short of services were supplied.Conclusion Based on the urgent comprehensive rehabilitation needs of persons with disabilities,the rehab-protective system and rehab-service system should be established and perfected in order to improve service quality constantly.更多还原
