镶嵌润滑剂硬质合金表面微孔结构的优化
Optimization of Micro-hole Structure on the Surface of Carbide Studded with Lubricant
【摘要】 采用电火花在硬质合金YG6表面进行微孔化处理,利用UMT球-盘式摩擦试验机测试装填MoS2固体润滑剂后的微孔表面的摩擦磨损性能。结果表明:装填固体润滑剂MoS2的微孔表面具有良好的减磨和润滑效果。研究了不同孔径、孔径向间距以及孔深等尺寸参数对摩擦磨损性能的影响,得到了优化的表面微孔结构参数。
【Abstract】 EDMwas used to generate micro-holes on YG6 cemented carbide. Tribological experiments were conducted with UMTball-on-disk Tribometer to test the properties of micro-hole surface filled with solid lubricant MoS2. The results showed: the micro-holes surface filled with solid lubricant showed good friction -reduction and lubricating behavior. The influence of structural parameter, including hole diameter, radial interval and hole depth, on tribological properties was studied and the optimal parameter of micro-hole structure on the surface was obtained.
