【摘要】 在论述硬车削及其加工优点的基础上,提出了在精密轧辊加工中采用硬车削取代磨削的方法。通过对陶瓷刀具的选用、加工机床的选用、刀具结构、刀具切削用量等方面的优化配置,可以实现精密轧辊的加工要求。试验表明,陶瓷刀具在精密轧辊硬车削加工中的应用效果良好。更多还原

【Abstract】 On the basis of discussing hard turning and its machining advantages ,the author puts forward that grinding can be replaced by hard turningin the precision roller’s manufacturing.By the optimal allocation to ceramic cutting tools , machining tools ,cutting tools structure and the cutting parameters ,precision roller’s maching can be realized by ceramic cutting tools .The experimental results shows that hard cutting with the ceramic cutter is well appliedin precision roller maching.更多还原
