陶瓷叶片型面超声磨削数控装置研制
Development of the CNC Device of Ultrasonic Grinding the Surface of Ceramic Blade
【摘要】 为了解决陶瓷叶片型面加工难题,研制了超声磨削数控装置。介绍了该装置总体结构及主轴变频驱动系统设计。分析了圆柱磨轮数控超声磨削平行直纹面时磨轮空间位置,分析了加工原理误差产生原因,通过对磨轮两次偏移变换,可显著减小加工原理误差,计算出磨轮空间轨迹。采用新研制的装置进行了数控超声磨削陶瓷直纹面工艺试验,试验结果表明:超声磨削数控装置运行良好,轨迹计算合理;蠕动进给超声磨削加工陶瓷叶片型面是可行的,研究成果可用于陶瓷整体叶轮叶片型面加工。
【Abstract】 In order to machine the surface of ceramic blade ,the CNC ultrasonic grinding device is designed and manufactured .The structure of the device is introduced,the design of spindle’s variable frequency and variable speed systemis introduced. The cutter location in the process of CNC ultrasonic grinding parallel ruled surface with cylindrical grinding wheel is analyzed.Principle error in the process is brought for ward,the principle error decrease much when the cutter is deflected twice . The path of grinding wheel is calculated,and experiment of ultrasonic grinding of ceramic blade surfaceis carried out .The result of experi ment shows that the device runs stably with good performance ,the calculation method of the cutter location is reasonable ,ceramic blade surface can be machined by the means of ultrasonic grinding,the research result can be applied into maching the blade surface of the ceramic integrated impeller .
