Wingate无氧功测试时下肢股四头肌sEMG变化特征

【摘要】 通过对浙江师范大学体育学院25名健康大学生30s Wingate无氧功测试,同时用肌电仪记录下肢股四头肌表面肌电(sEMG)信号并对其分析,结果显示:①MPF先缓慢下降,随着疲劳程度的加深呈快速下降趋势;②MF先增大后下降,但是总体呈下降趋势;③MPF在评定动力性肌肉疲劳程度要比MF效果较好。

【Abstract】 Twenty-five people from Zhejiang Normal University,the department ot Physical Education participated in 30s Wingate anaerobic power test.The sEMG singal of the quadriceps femoris was vecorded.The result showsed:①The value of MPF declined lightly first,then decended fast by the effect of fatigue;②The value of MF Were increasing first,and then declined;③The MPF is more efficient than MF in evaluating muscle fatigue on dyndynamic movement.
