【Abstract】 Through counting the cases of infringement of regulations occurring in professional football leagues during the period 2004 to 2009,it was summarized that frequent infringement of regulations was due to the referee related to the quality of employees as well as the issue of division security.It was analyzed in depth of these issues and some response measures were put forward to prevent and manage infringement of regulations in professional football leagues.更多还原
