基于单片机多点温度控制的硬件构建设计

【摘要】 针对目前许多塑料反应炉温度控制不准确的现状,进行了基于MCS-51系列单片机多点温度控制的硬件构建的设计.采用数字化温度传感器DSl8820,TLC2543型号的12位开关电容逐次逼近模数A/D转换器.成本低、可靠性高,具有很好的推广前景.

【Abstract】 Against currently situation for plastic-reactor temperature control aren’t accurate reach,the design building of hardware for the multi-spots temperature control based on MCS-51 set single-chip microcomputer.Adoptioned digital temperature-sensor DSl8820,TLC2543 Changedevice include 12 digit switch capacitance to gradualling reach A/D.The cost of the system is low,reliability is high,having very promotion future prospects.
