LaPO4:Ce3+,Tb3+/YBO3纳米核/壳复合结构的制备与发光性能
Preparation and Photoluminescence Properties of LaPO4: Ce3+,Tb3+/YBO3 Core/Shell Heteronanostructures
【摘要】 采用水热法+溶胶凝胶法两步合成工艺制备LaPO4:Ce3+,Tb3+(LAP)/YBO3纳米核/壳复合结构,并利用X射线衍射、透射电子显微镜对样品的结构、形貌进行了表征。荧光光谱分析表明,该纳米复合结构大幅度提高了发光效率,可能是由于YBO3壳层材料降低了LAP纳米荧光粉的表面缺陷和表面复合,使得非辐射跃迁几率增加;同时核壳摩尔比对发光效率具有重要的影响,当核/壳摩尔比为6∶1时,发光效率比LAP纳米荧光粉提高近58%。
【Abstract】 A two-step process is proposed in this paper to prepare the LaPO4: Ce3+,Tb3+(LAP) /YBO3 core/shell heteronanostructures.XRD and TEM are employed to characterize the heteronanostructures formed by sol-gel growth of YBO3 on LAP nanocrystals synthesized by hydrothermal method.The surface defects,surface defects density and surface state density of the LAP nanophosphors have been effectively decreased.Consequently,the heteronanostructures exhibit much stronger photoluminescence than the LAP nanocrystals under the same conditions.The results of PL measurements show that the molar ratio of LAP/YBO3(defined as R) plays a critical role in the PL intensity of LAP/YBO3 core/shell heteronanostructure,and the heteronanostructures(R=6∶1) yield a photoluminescence intensity 58% higher than that of the LAP nanocrystals.
