红枫秋冬转色期叶色变化的生理特性

【摘要】 以红枫(Acer palmatum Atropurpureum)两头红"品系成龄植株为材料,测定10月下旬至12月上旬红枫秋冬转色期叶绿素、花色素苷和可溶性糖含量的变化,比较不同光照强度及温度对叶色的影响.结果表明:叶绿素含量开始下降缓慢,10月31日后迅速下降,树冠背阴面叶片中的叶绿素含量显著高于向阳面,阳面东向显著高于阳面西向;叶绿素a/b先增加后下降;花色素苷含量开始缓慢增加,11月21日之后显著升高;可溶性糖含量在11月21日之前迅速增加,之后趋于稳定;花色素苷与叶绿素含量呈显著负相关;温度与花色素苷和可溶性糖含量之间均呈显著负相关.

【Abstract】 In order to reveal the physiological characteristics in the changes of maple leaf color,the mature maple trees(Acer palmatum ’Atropurpureum’) line "Liangtouhong" was taken as material.The variations of chlorophyll,anthocyanin and soluble sugar content in maple leaves were measured during the color-changing period from late October to early December.The effects of different light intensities and temperatures upon the leaf color were compared.The results indicated that the chlorophyll descended gradually at the beginning,and fell quickly after October 31.The chlorophyll content of the leaves in the shady side of the tree crown was significantly higher than that in the sunny side,and the east orientation of the sunny side was significantly higher than the west orientation.The chlorophyll a/b rose initially,and then went down.The anthocyanin content kept ascending slowly at the beginning,and then it climbed up steeply after November 21.The soluble sugar content increased rapidly before November 21,and then assumed the tendency of stability.The anthocyanin content had great negative correlation with the chlorophyll content.There was a negative correlation between temperature and anthocyanin content,or soluble sugar content.The results above provide a theoretical foundation for the landscape application of maple.
