百山祖冷杉枝叶主要营养元素特征分析
Analysis on Major Nutrient Elements in Branch and Leaf of Abies beshanzuensis
【摘要】 应用原子吸收光谱法测定了百山祖冷杉枝和针叶中K、Na、Cu、Ca、Zn、Fe、Mg、Mn 8种营养元素的含量,结果表明,百山祖冷杉枝和针叶中均含有所测的K、Cu、Ca、Zn、Fe、Mg、Mn等元素,但未检出Na元素;其含量为Ca>K>Mg>Zn>Fe>Mn>Cu>Na。与大多数植物体正常生长发育的元素含量范围值相比较,百山祖冷杉枝和针叶中K含量分别为2 967.68~5 585.95、4 036.13~5 194.30 mg/kg,均低于临界值,针叶中Cu含量2.58~4.70 mg/kg,略低于一般植物水平,枝部Zn、Mn含量及针叶Mn含量则均处于较高水平。
【Abstract】 Determination of 8 nutrient elements,such as Fe,Ca,Mg,in branch and leaf of Abies beshanzuensis by Atomic absorption spectrometry demonstrated that content order was as follows: Ca > K > Mg > Zn > Fe > Mn > Cu > Na,the last one was zero.Compared with the majority of other plants,K content in branch and leaf of A.beshanzuensis was 2 967.68-5 585.95mg/kg and 4 036.13-5 194.30mg/kg,lower than critical value,while Cu content in leaf was 2.58-4.70mg/kg,a litter lower than that in common plants.Zn and Mn content in branch,Mn in leaf was relative higher.
