【摘要】 目的:观察温针灸对周围性面瘫的治疗效果。方法:115例病程在2天～30天的早、中期周围性面瘫患者随机分为温针组(治疗组)63例和电针组(对照组)52例。后期70例周围性面瘫病程在30天以上的患者随机分为温针组(治疗组)39例,电针组(对照组)31例。观察各组治疗前后的面神经功能改善情况及各组治疗后的疗效分析。结果:各组治疗后面神经功能均有明显改善,早、中期治疗组有效率为100%,对照组有效率88.5%,两组有效率比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。后期治疗组有效率为100%,对照组有效率67.7%,两组有效率比较有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:温针灸治疗周围性面瘫无论早、中期还是后期更利于面瘫的恢复,疗效更高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effect of warm acupuncture treatment applied to peripheral facial paralysis.Methods:115 cases of patients with peripheral facial paralysis in the course of 2 days to 30 days as the early and middle period patients who were randomly divided into warm acupuncture group(treatment group)of 63 cases and electrical acupuncture group(control group)of 52 cases.In the later period,70 cases of patients with peripheral facial paralysis in the course over 30 days were randomly divided into warm acupuncture group(treatment group)of 39cacses and electrical acupuncture group(control group)of 31 cases.Observe the condition of facial nerve function improvement before and after treatment in each group.Results:Facial nerve function in each group had been improved clearly after treatment,early and middle period groups had efficiency for 100%,control group had efficiency for 88.5%.The efficiency of the two groups had significant differences(P<0.05),the effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.In the later period,treatment group had efficiency for 100%,and control group had efficiency for 67.7%.The efficiency of the two groups had very significant differences(P<0.01).Conclusion:No matter early,middle or late period peripheral facial paralysis,warm acupuncture treatment was more beneficial in the recovery of facial paralysis,and its efficacy was better.更多还原
