【摘要】 目的:探讨电针对哮喘患者肺功能的影响。方法:将92例哮喘患者随机分为治疗组(46例)和对照组(46例)。治疗组采用电针,取肺俞穴,每次30 min,每日1次,2周为1疗程(疗程期间不休息);对照组口服舒氟美,每次200 mg,每日两次口服,2周为1疗程(疗程期间不休息)。观察时间共为2周,治疗结束后两周进行随访,随访1次。结果:治疗组的总有效率为97.56%,对照组为92.50%,两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:电针肺俞穴能显著改善支气管哮喘(急性发作期)喘息、气短、咳嗽、咯痰等症状,使患者生活质量明显提高;在肺功能指标方面,电针肺俞穴能显著提高PEF、FEV1、FVC、FEV1%水平,从而为症状改善提供了客观依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To determine the effect of electro-acupuncture on pulmonary function in subject with asthma.Methods:92 patients were randomized to observation group(n=46)treated with electro-acupuncture and control group(n=46).Electro-acupuncture was performed at BL13 for 30 minutes once-daily for 2 weeks.Control group received twice-daily oral doses of 200mg Theophylline(Mai Te Xing Hua Medicine Ltd,Guangzhou)for two weeks.A visit was followed by 2 weeks at the end of the treatment.Results:The total effective rates in two groups are 96.67%(observation)and 92.37%(control).There was significant difference between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusions:The symptoms such as gasp,short breath,cough and expectoration and QOL were improved in patients with asthma treated with Electro-acupuncture of BL13.And the objective evidence on effect of Electro-acupuncture was provided by the improvement of PEF,FEV1,FVC and FEV1% in pulmonary function.更多还原
