谷胱甘肽S转移酶-π在幽门螺杆菌根除前后慢性胃炎胃黏膜组织中的变化

【摘要】 目的:探讨在慢性胃炎胃黏膜组织中谷胱甘肽S-转移酶-π(GST-π)与幽门螺杆菌感染的关系。方法:对内镜及活检病理证实的118例阳性慢性胃炎患者用S-P免疫组化检测GST-π并给予标准根除治疗,5周后用胃镜复查并检测Hp和GST-π,根据Hp检测结果分为Hp根除组和未根除组,观察与比较Hp根除前后不同组Hp胃粘膜组织中GST-π的表达。结果:118例经Hp根除治疗后97例Hp转阴,根除率82.2%,GST-π阳性率较Hp根除前差异非常显著(44.92%vs 75.26%,2χ=18.97,P<0.01),Hp根除组与Hp未根除组GST-π阳性率分别为75.26%和47.62%(χ2=6.38,P<0.05),差异显著;Hp未根除组Hp根除前后GST-π阳性率无明显差异(2χ<0.001,P>0.05)。结论:Hp感染可降低慢性胃炎胃粘膜GST-π的表达。

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the expression of glutathione S-transferaseπ(GST-π)in gastric mucosa of patients with chronic gastritis and investigate the relationship between expression of GST-π and virulence of Helicobacter pylori(Hp).Methods:118 patients with chronic gastritis confirmed by endoscope and pathology were included in this study,and GST-π were detected by S-P immunochemiohistology.The patients were treated with standard Hp eradication,while all patients were checked by endoscope to detect Hp and GST-π five week after.According to the result of Hp eradication,the patients were divided into two subgroups as eradication and non-eradication.To observe the expression of GST-πin gastric mucosa difference Hp eradications and the data were analyzed to be assessed with statistical differences with χ2 test.Results:In 97 cases,Hp turned negative after eradication,and eradication rate was 82.2%.Positive rate of GST-π in eradication group was significantly different with that of before eradication(44.92% vs 75.26%,χ2=18.97,P<0.01).The passive rates of Hp eradication and non-eradication groups were significantly different(75.26% vs 47.62%,χ2=6.38,P<0.05)but there was no significant difference with that before Hp eradication(44.92% vs 47.62%,χ2=0.001,P>0.05).Conclusion:Hp infection may decrease expression of GST-π,and impair defensive function of GST-π.
