【Abstract】 Although the migrant workers have made great contribution,yet they have discomfiture in their status and they have meager wages.All these result from the embarrassment of their legal status,the ambiguity of their political status and the lack of guarantee of their legitimate rights and interests at practical level.Therefore,it is necessary to set laws to identify their status as well as their rights,and reform the dualistic structure of the society so that all their legal rights can be guaranteed.更多还原
