【摘要】 针对工程项目投标决策提出了基于D-S证据推理的投标竞争对手威胁风险评估方法.在分析影响投标风险决策的竞争对手主要威胁因素的基础上,建立了工程投标竞争对手风险威胁的综合评价体系.以一个工程算例验证了该风险评估方法的证据推理过程,结果表明,该方法对工程投标决策具有有效性和实用性.更多还原

【Abstract】 In consideration of the decision-making of engineering projects bidding,this paper provides a new method for the risk evaluation of the bidding competitors’threat,which is based on the D-S evidence reasoning. By analyzing the main threat factors of competitors who influence bidding risk decision,a comprehensive evaluation system is formed. The effectiveness and applicability of the method in bidding decision-making of engineering projects are verified by case study which also displays the reasoning process.更多还原
