【摘要】 高等职业教育教学体制改革是当前重要命题。北京联合大学机电学院深入探讨7周实训教学方法,通过对当前多种教育方法和体系的分析,认为行为导向项目式实训教学方法是适应社会需求的。阐述构建行为导向项目式实训教学体系的4个关键点,并以PLC设计与应用方向为例介绍具体教学案例。教学效果表明,有特色的行为导向项目式实训教学体系构建能够使学生迅速实现角色转变,满足用人单位的要求。更多还原

【Abstract】 Higher vacational education reform is an important topic at present,Electrical and Mechanical College of Beijing Union University investigates a seven-week’s practical teaching methods.Through a variety of current educational methods and systems,and analyze the behavior-oriented project-based practical teaching methods to suit the needs of society.This paper describes the project of building a behavior-oriented type Training System for the four key points,and in the direction of an example design and application of PLC on specific teaching cases.Teaching results show that the distinctive behavior-oriented project-based training Teaching System to help students realize the role quickly,to meet the requirements of employers.更多还原
