鞋楦数控加工的3M集成系统研究开发
Research and Development of 3M Integration System for Numerical Control Machining of Shoe Last
【摘要】 本文介绍了具有测量-建模-加工集成的鞋楦加工数控系统的开发,并深入研究了3M集成中的若干关键技术,包括:3M的系统集成,基于小波基的轮廓B样条光顺算法,以及鞋楦三维建模和加工刀位计算。
【Abstract】 The development of 3M integration system for numerical control machining of shoe last is introduced integrating measurement,modeling and machining,and several key techniques in 3M integration are studied in depth,including 3M system integration,data-processing algorithm based on B-spline smoothing using wavelets and three-dimensional modeling and machining cutter position calculation for shoe last.
