【摘要】 发展煤炭循环经济是解决我国能源紧缺的有效途径。煤矿企业自身存在发展循环经济的先决性条件。而煤矿企业循环经济联合发展模式、产业联营模式、产业股份联营模式等10种模式,比较适合煤矿企业发展循环经济。为确保煤矿企业循环经济发展,应做到:编制煤矿企业循环经济发展规划,有序推进煤矿企业循环经济发展;组织技术研发,提高工艺技术水平;选择适宜模式,因地制宜地发展煤矿企业循环经济;加大财政支持,多渠道筹集资金,共同推进煤矿企业循环经济发展;加大政策扶持,鼓励煤矿企业自主发展循环经济。更多还原
