【摘要】 自然资源是经济社会发展的重要物质基础,随着我国经济持续快速发展,资源产业在国民经济中的重要作用越来越显现出来。目前,我国自然资源价格不合理导致其配置效率低下和浪费严重,成为制约经济社会可持续发展的瓶颈。文章从经济社会可持续发展的角度,论述了自然资源的价格构成。自然资源的价值应包括环境价值、代际补偿价值、效用价值和劳动价值4个部分。更多还原

【Abstract】 Natural resources are an important material basis of economic and social development.With China’s sustained and rapid economic development,resource industries play more and more important role in the national economy.Unreasonable price of China’s natural resources lead to a low efficient allocation and serious waste,which becomes a bottleneck of sustainable development of economy and society.From the point of view of sustainable economic and social development,this paper discusses the price structure of natural resources.The value of natural resources should include environmental value,intergenerational compensation value,utility value and labor value.更多还原
