2009年河南省土源性线虫病国家级监测点监测结果分析
Analysis of the monitoring results for national sites of soil-transmitted nematodiasis surveillance in Zhoukou in 2009
【摘要】 目的分析河南省土源性线虫病国家级监测点周口市土源性线虫感染现状。方法根据《全国土源性线虫病监测方案》要求在河南省周口市淮阳县设立监测点。采用改良加藤厚涂片法对居民进行粪检;透明胶纸肛拭法检测12岁以下儿童蛲虫卵;改良饱和硝酸钠漂浮检查法检测土样中虫卵。结果共调查1 055人,土源性线虫总感染率为2.46%,与2008年的3.04%相比,差异无统计学意义(P<0.05)。其中检出蛔虫卵感染者11例,感染率为1.04%,钩虫卵感染13例,感染率1.23%,鞭虫和蛲虫感染者各1例,感染率均为0.09%,且所有感染病例均为轻度感染;12岁以下儿童蛲虫卵感染率为20.95%(22/105)。对10户居民菜园、厕所周边、庭院、厨房的40份土样进行检测,2份检出蛔虫卵,阳性率为5%。结论河南省土源性线虫感染率显著下降,且趋于稳定。
【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the status of soil-transmitted nematode infection in the City of Zhoukou,a national monitoring site in Henan Province.Methods Based on China′s National Soil-Transmitted Nematode Infection Surveillance Program,a surveillance site was set up in Huaiyang County,City of Zhoukou in Henan Province.The feces of residents were examined using the Kato-Katz technique.A transparent adhesive tape test was used to test for Enterobius vermicularis in children under 12 years old.A modified floatation test with saturated sodium nitrate was used for egg detection in soil samples.Results Subjects were 1 055 individuals from Huaiyang County and the total rate of infection of soil-transmitted nematodes was 2.46%.Compared to a rate of 3.04% in 2008,the difference in rates was not statistically significant(P<0.05).Among the samples,11 were positive for A.lumbricoides with a rate of infection of 1.04%;13 samples were positive for hookworms with a rate of infection of 1.23%.One sample was positive for whipworms and one was positive for pinworms,with a rate of infection of 0.09% for both.All of the infected samples had a mild infection.The rate of E.vermicularis infection in children under 12 was 20.95%(22/105).Of 40 soil samples from gardens,walls of bathrooms,courtyards,and kitchens of 10 households,one was positive for eggs of A.lumbricoides,indicating a positive detection rate of 5%.Conclusion The rate of soil-transmitted nematode infection has decreased significantly and has been stabilized in Henan Province.
