【摘要】 目的了解济宁市出境人员性传播疾病(STD)知识掌握与需求状况,为开展STD健康教育提供科学依据,降低STD的传播。方法在济宁出入境检验检疫局随机抽取待出国人员,采用匿名自填方式问卷调查。对所得信息应用EXCEL软件建立数据库,用SPSS11.5软件进行分析。结果 364名被调查出境人员中,对艾滋病、梅毒、淋病知晓率达71.98%;对STD传播途径性接触的知晓率为80.77%,血液传播67.31%,母婴传播72.80%。对STD预防措施使用避孕套的知晓率为68.13%。出境人员对STD相关知识需求较高,有89.56%的人员表示希望了解更多的关于STD的知识。结论出境人员虽具有一定的STD知识,但平均受教育水平不高,知识的广度和深度不够,STD相关知识的宣传力度亟待加强。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the cognition of immigration officers in Jining about knowledge of sexually transmitted diseases(STD) and conditions of demands,for providing the scientific basis of health education of STD to reduce the STD of the incoming and outgoing.Methods Selected officers to be abroad randomly at Exit Inspection and Quarantine in Jining,using anonymous self-administered questionnaire survey.Excel applications on information derived from a database using SPSS for analysis.Results The immigration officers,awareness rate of AIDS,syphilis,gonorrhea were more than 71.98%,the rate about STD transmission,sexual contact 80.77%,blood transmission 67.31%,mother to child transmission 72.80%.The awareness on STD prevention for the use of condoms 68.13%.Immigration officers on a high demand for STD-related knowledge,there are 89.56% of staff expressed the hope that more knowledge about STD.Conclusion Although immigration has some STD staff knowledge,the level of average education is not high,and the breadth and depth of knowledge is not enough.Most of the staff hopes to receive more knowledge of STD health education,so we should enhance the propaganda of STD knowledge,and hold lots of knowledge talks.更多还原
