【摘要】 目的观察槟榔对犬钩蚴的作用。方法将钩口线虫感染犬粪便(含钩虫卵)标本置于固体培养基滤纸上,用竹签轻轻均匀按压,使之与滤纸广泛、紧密接触,盖上平皿盖,放35℃培养(孵化)箱培养24 h,水洗沉淀法分离钩蚴。实验组:将2 ml含钩蚴沉淀物与2 ml槟榔药液置入青霉素瓶中,混匀;对照组:将2 ml含钩蚴沉淀物置入青霉素瓶中,加2 ml生理盐水,混匀。然后将培养瓶放35℃培养(孵化)箱继续培养24 h,镜下观察实验组、对照组钩蚴的生长发育情况。结果对照组可见钩蚴明显长大,体态自然、虫体透明、结构清晰。实验组用药24 h后钩蚴发育停止,虫体僵直,自然曲线消失,无蛋白质折光性,内部结构不清,虫体后半部肿胀。结论槟榔有抑制钩蚴发育的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of betel nut on canine hookworm larvae.Methods First,dog fecal samples infected with hookworms(including hookworm eggs) were placed on solid medium-filter paper and pressure was then evenly applied with a bamboo stick to bring the sample into close contact with the paper.The sample was then covered and incubated in an incubator at 35 ℃ for 24 hours.Hookworm larvae were then separated via precipitation and washing.Two ml of sediment containing the hookworm larvae was mixed with equivalent betel nut solution and placed in a vial to serve as experimental samples.Sodium chloride was used instead of betel nut solution to serve as the control sample.Finally,samples were placed in the incubator at 35 ℃ for 24 hours,and the growth and development of hookworm larvae in the sediment of the two types of samples were observed microscopically.Results The control sample had obvious growth of hookworm larvae.Larvae appeared natural and worms were transparent with a clear structure.After betel nut solution was administered to experimental samples for 24 h,larvae had stopped growing;the worms had a rigid body,lacked natural curves,protein diffraction,clear internal structure,and had swelling in the bottom half of the body.Conclusion Betel nut inhibited the growth of hookworm larvae.更多还原
