黄芩苷对铜绿假单胞菌生物膜的影响
In vitro effect of baicalin on Pseudomonas aeruginosa biofilms
【摘要】 选取临床分离呼吸道铜绿假单胞菌,采用LB肉汤-吸痰管系统培养生物膜(BF),建立体外BF模型,银染法观察BF形成过程。将黄芩苷作用于BF,连续稀释法进行活菌计数,微量稀释法测定MIC。结果显示15.65 mg/L的黄芩苷即可抑制和破坏铜绿假单胞菌BF。黄芩苷对体外铜绿假单胞菌BF有较强的抑制作用。
【Abstract】 Clinical isolates of Pseudomonas aeruginosa were cultured in a Luria-Bertani medium-sputum collection system to encourage biofilm formation.Biofilms were observed with AgNO3 staining.After the biofilm was treated with baicalin,the viable bacterial count was determined by serial dilution.MICs were measured by doubling dilution.The P.aeruginosa biofilm was inhibited and disrupted by 15.65 mg/L of baicalin.Baicalin had potent activity against P.aeruginosa biofilms.
