【摘要】 乙型肝炎是一个世界性的健康问题,目前尚无有效的治疗手段。中药用于治疗乙型肝炎已有悠久的历史,从中药中研发和筛选具有抗乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)的药物,是新药研究的一个重要方向。本文就近年来报道的包括复方制剂、单味中药、中药有效成分及单体化合物在内的30多种中药体外抗HBV活性的研究进行了归纳总结,为今后抗HBV中药的研究和开发提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Hepatitis B virus(HBV) infection is a serious global public health problem.Millions of infected patients are awaiting the improvement of chronic hepatitis B therapeutics.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),which has been widely used for thousands of years to treat chronic hepatitis B,may provide an alternative source for the discovery of potent anti-HBV agents.The present review summarizes the in vitro anti-HBV activity of more than thirty TCMs,including TCM prescriptions,single TCMs,active ingredients of TCMs,and compounds derived from TCMs,in order to provide a reference for the further development of anti-HBV TCMs.更多还原
