【摘要】 目的探讨预防剖宫产术后感染用药的最佳方法。方法将158例具有不同潜在感染因素的剖宫产产妇随机分为两组:A组(79例)术前30 min静脉滴注头孢曲松2.0 g(溶于0.9%生理盐水100 ml),术后加用1~2个剂量;B组(79例)术前不用药,术后静滴头孢曲松2.0 g(溶于0.9%生理盐水250 ml)连用5 d;对两组术后情况进行对比分析。结果两组切口感染各1例,术后体温及白细胞计数、切口感染情况结果比较,差异无统计学意义;A组术后用药量人均3支、平均住院3.37 d,B组用药量人均10.33支、平均住院7.32 d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论剖宫产术前开始使用抗菌药物能达到有效地预防感染的目的 ,且有利于产后恢复,减少了用药量及住院天数,减轻产妇经济负担,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To discuss the best approach to administering medication to prevent infection during Caesarean section.METHODS A total of 158 puerperal women who receive caesarean and but with potential infectious factors were sent into two groups randomly,Group A was administered an Intravenous injection of 2.0g Ceftriaxone Sodium(Dissolved in 100ml 0.9% NS) 30 minutes before operation.And added to 1～2 dosage after operation.Group B isn′t administered medication before operation,then administer an Intravenous injection of 2.0g Ceftriaxone Sodium(Dissolved in 250ml 0.9%NS) and the injection lasted 5 days.RESULTS The differences between the results of body temperature after operation and the count of Leucocytes and the case of wound infection had no significant difference(P>0.05).The dosage after operation and the time of hospital treatment of group A was obviously lower than that of group B(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Starting to use Antibiotic before caesarean section can achieve the goal to effectively prevent infection,and it is conducive for postnatal recovery.This approach decreases the dosage and the time of hospital treatment and lowers the cost,thus relieving the puerperal woman′s economic burden,so it is worth clinically popularizing.更多还原
