【摘要】 目的总结华晋焦煤王家岭煤矿获救工人的感染控制体会,积累此次成功抢救的经验,保障重大灾难和重大事故后医疗救治的效果。方法在华晋焦煤王家岭煤矿获救工人救治工作中,建立涉及救治各阶段的全方位、综合性感染预防控制模式。结果在此次获救工人人数多、体质差,当地医院硬件设施欠完善、救治经验不足等困难的条件下,整个医疗救治过程中取得圆满成功,除个别获救工人出现一过性上呼吸道感染症状外,没有发生其他感染性疾病,全部康复出院。结论全方位、科学有效的综合管理措施是医院感染控制的有效保证。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To summarize the successful experience of preventing and controlling nosocomial infection on administrating rescued miners from Wangjialing coal mine of Huajin Coking Coal Group,in order to ensure the effect of medical treatment after lata strophe and major accident.METHODS All sides and general patterns to prevent and control in each phase during the all course of medical treatment on rescued miners were established and executed.RESULTS Medical treatment was very successful,although there were many difficulties,such as mass casualties and miner′s weakness,insufficient medical establishment and experience.No infectious disease occurred on the rescued miners,but few symptoms of the upper respiratory tract were on very few miners and all recovered well and finally discharged from hospital.CONCLUSION The scientific and effective administration projects can effectively prevent and control the nosocomial infection.更多还原
