【摘要】 目的通过医院感染现患率调查结果与同年全面综合性监测结果的比较,评价医院感染现患率调查的可靠性。方法分析2008、2009年的3次现患率调查数据及当年全面综合性监测数据,同时进行统计学处理。结果综合监测中,2年的全院平均医院感染例次感染率分别为3.93%及3.19%,感染发生率最高的为ICU(33.47%、39.59%);3次现患率调查医院感染例次感染率分别为4.69%、2.39%和7.40%,感染发生率最高的亦为ICU(分别为20.00%、30.00%、55.56%);两种调查结果均提示上呼吸道、下呼吸道、泌尿道是感染的主要部位;现患率调查中的医院感染病例送检率略高于全年的综合监测,送检标本阳性率低于全年综合监测。结论现患率调查数据具有较大的异变性及随机性,1年1次的调查不能准确评价全年的医院感染现状,仅在一定程度上具有参考价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE According to the nosocomial infection rate of current condioion compared with the comprehensive monitoring result in the same year,to evaluate the reliability of nosocomial infection prevalence rate survey.METHODS The data of both prevalence rate survey and comprehensive monitoring monitoring in 2008 and 2009 were analyzed and processed statistically.RESULTS Nosocomial infection case-time rates of the whole hospital in 2 years were 3.93% and 3.19%,respectively.The highest incidence was in ICU with(33.47%,39.59%),the NI case-time rates of 3 times prevalence rate surveys were 4.69%,2.39% and 7.40%,respectively,and the highest incidence was also in ICU with 20.00%,30.00% and 55.56%,respectively.The results of the two investigations showed that the main infected sites were upper respiratory tract,lower respiratory tract and urinary tract.The examination rate of the cases with NI performed the prevalence rate survey was higher than that of the comprehensive monitoring in the whole year,while the positive rate of the examined samples was lower than that of the comprehensive monitoring in the whole year.CONCLUSION The result of prevalence rate survey has obvious variability and randomness,which cannot accurately evaluate the condition of nosocomial infection of all year round,but the survey result has certain referential value to some extent.更多还原
