【摘要】 目的评价不同包内化学指示卡的灭菌监测性能,为临床正确认识不同包内化学指示卡提供试验支持。方法按照国家相关最新标准的要求,通过压力蒸汽抗力仪模拟不同灭菌成功/失败循环,收集不同化学指示卡的反应结果 ,并统计。结果在本次试验测试中,化学卡A和B完全符合本次测试中的所有要求,表现出更稳定、准确的灭菌过程监测能力和效度,在各组检测条件下均符合规范的要求;化学卡C第2组模拟循环中无法满足化学卡通过率为≥50%的要求,表现出较高的假阳性率;化学卡D第3组和第5组模拟失败的循环中无法满足化学卡通过率≤20%的要求,表现出较高的假阴性率;化学卡E第1组和第2组模拟循环中,表现出较高的假阳性率,该次测试中部分包内化学指示卡不符合规范中的测试要求,对灭菌过程指示有偏差。结论只有合理选择并正确认识包内化学指示卡,才能真正保障灭菌质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To evaluate the sterilization monitoring of different internal chemical indicators,and provide laboratory data for clinical application.METHODS According to the requirements of the latest national standards,the responsive results of different chemical of indicators were collected by using the steam BIER to simulate the pass/failure cycles.RESULTS Some chemical indicators did not meet the requirements of the national standards,showing biased results of sterilization process,while some chemical indicators met the requirements of national standards,showing more effective monitoring and controlling.CONCLUSION Only with the effective internal chemical indicators could the quality of sterilization be assured.更多还原
