葡萄球菌属感染分布与耐药性分析
Distribution and Drug Resistance of Pathogenic Bacteria in Staphylococcus Infection
【摘要】 目的了解葡萄球菌属感染的分布及耐药情况,为指导临床合理使用抗菌药物提供依据。方法从临床患者标本中分离162株葡萄球菌属进行鉴定,并进行耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)及耐甲氧西林凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌(MRCNS)检测,并结合临床相关资料进行分析。结果 162株葡萄球菌属中金黄色葡萄球菌74株(45.68%),溶血葡萄球菌28株(17.28%),表皮葡萄球菌24株(14.8%);检出MRSA52株(70.27%),MRCNS72株(81.82%),MRSA和MRCNS对青霉素耐药率均为100.00%,对替考拉宁的耐药性为11.54%和11.11%,未发现耐万古霉素菌株。结论替考拉宁和万古霉素对葡萄球菌属仍然保持很高的抗菌活性,但葡萄球菌属对替考拉林的耐药情况,应引起临床高度重视,应依据药物敏感性合理使用抗菌药物。
【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To study the distribution and drug resistance status of Staphylococcus so as to offer evidence for the rational use of antibiotics in the clinic.METHODS Careful identification and meticillin-resistant Staphylococcus(MRSA),meticillin-resistant coagulase-negative Staphylococcus(MRCNS)tests were made to all 162 strains of staphylococci isolated from clinical specimens,and then the results and related clinical data were analyzed.RESULTS Of all the 162 Staphylococcusstrains,74(45.68%) were S.aureus,28(17.28%) were S.haemolyticus;24(14.8%) were S.epidermidis.Among the samples 52(70.27%)were meticillin-resistant S.aureus(MRSA) and 72(81.82%) were MRCNS by test.The drug resistance rate of MRSA and MRCNS to penicillin was 100%,and to teicoplanin was 11.54% and 11.11%,respectively.No vancomycin-resistant MRSA and MRCNS were detected.CONCLUSION At present teicoplanin and vancomycin remain to possess high antimicrobial activity on Gram-positive cocci,while the drug resistance of staphylocci to teicoplanin should be paid more attention in the clinic,microbial sensitivity should be taken into consideration for the rational use of antibiotics.
