【摘要】 目的为了提高手卫生质量,制定手卫生管理目标,探讨手卫生目标管理的效果。方法在调查上一年医院Ⅲ类环境医务人员手卫生的基础上,分析手卫生存在的问题,提出下一年手卫生管理目标。结果 2008年医院Ⅲ类环境医务人员手卫生动态监测合格率为92.0%,与2007年手卫生动态监测合格率68.2%相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对手卫生实行目标管理,能有效提高医务人员手卫生依从性和手卫生质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To set an objective of the management for hand hygiene and search an effective managing pattern in order to enhance the quality of hand hygiene.METHODS After a survey of the circumstances of hand hygiene among medical workers of last year in the hospital environment Ⅲ,an analysis of the problems existing in hand hygiene was made and the objective administration for next year was established.RESULTS In 2008,in the hospital environmentⅢ,the qualification rate of hand hygiene among medical staff was 92.0%,compared with 68.0% reached in 2007,which had significant difference(Chi-square value was 49.3,P<0.05).CONCLUSIONS The target management can strengthen the sense of compliance and the quality of hand hygiene among medical workers effectively.更多还原
