【摘要】 目的了解肿瘤患者医院感染的发生与分布情况,分析其危险因素与管理薄弱环节,以便采取有效预防措施控制肿瘤患者的医院感染。方法对医院2007年1-12月1000例医院感染患者的临床资料进行前瞻性与回顾性调查分析。结果 20 694例住院患者中发生医院感染1000例,例次感染1279例,医院感染率为4.83%、例次感染率为6.18%;感染部位以下呼吸道感染为最高,依次为上呼吸道、表浅切口、泌尿道、胸膜腔、胃肠道;病原菌以革兰阴性杆菌、真菌为主要病原菌;内科系统中干部保健科、血液科、老年病科为医院感染的高发科室,外科系统中胸外科的医院感染率偏高。结论肿瘤患者应加强支持治疗,提高机体抵抗力,及时发现准确诊断感染病例,增强无菌观念,规范医疗行为,合理使用抗菌药物等均是降低肿瘤患者感染的主要预防控制措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To investigate the incidence,distribution and risk factors of nosocomial infection for cancer inpatients,in order to take preventive measures to control the nosocomial infection.METHODS From Jan to Dec in 2007,the 1000 cases with nosocomial infection from the total of 20694 tumor inpatients were investigated retrospectively and monitored prospectively and statistically analyzed.RESULTS The nosocomial infection rate was 4.83%.The lower respiratory infection ranked the first and the next were upper respiratory tract,surgical superficial incision,urinary tract,thoracic cavity and gastrointestinal tract.Fungi and Gram-negative bacteria were the main pathogens.The incidence of nosocomial infection in the hematology department,geriatric department and cadre health care department was the higher in all internal medicine divisions.The incidence of nosocomial infection in the department of thoracic surgery was highest in all surgery divisions.CONCLUSION In order to reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection in cancer patients,improving the patient′s immunity,making an accurate diagnosis of nosocomial infection as soon as possible,observing the aseptic technique operation strictly,standardizing medical practice and rationally administrating antibiotics are all important.更多还原
