【摘要】 目的寻求实用、经济、安全的方法用于管腔类器械的清洗效果的检测。方法对同样的器械进行规范的流程清洗后,分别使用白纱布法(A组)、白通条法(B组)以及EndoCheckTM蛋白检测试剂法(C组),对清洗效果进行检测,评价不同方法的灵敏度,并比较3种方法的成本与操作性。结果 A组阳性率为5.00%,B组阳性率为3.17%,C组阳性率为13.33%,C组灵敏度最高,与A组及B组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),但A组与B组灵敏度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论管腔类器械的日常清洗效果检测可以使用白纱布法或白通条法进行,同时应该定期使用蛋白检测试剂对清洗效果进行检测。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To search for practical,economic and safe method to monitor the washing quality of lumen instruments.METHODS The staff were trained to wash the instruments according to the standard procedures.After washing and just before sterilization,three methods were used to monitor the washing quality:white gauzel(method A);H-Mark fleece stem(method B)and EndocheckTM(method C).The sensitivity was assessed and the cost and maneuverability of the three methods were studied.RESULTS The positive rate of methods A,B and C was 5.00%,3.17% and 13.33%,respectively the method C had the highest sensitivity,and compared with the methods A and B,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),but the sensitivity between methods A and B was without significant difference(P>0.05).CONCLUSIONS The methods A and B can be used as the routine monitoring to check the cleaning quality of lumen instrument.And the C,the EndoCheckTM should be used to monitor the washing quality of the lumen instrument periodically according to hospital requirement.更多还原
