【摘要】 目的探讨分析造成新生儿医院感染的因素,为加强新生儿医院感染管理提出规范化建议。方法根据医院感染管理相关文献,采用临床调查和管理层分析法,明确造成新生儿医院感染主要因素。结果通过增强医务人员医院感染控制意识,合理使用抗菌药物,提高医护人员洗手依从性,加强新生儿病房管理,可以降低新生儿的医院感染率。结论新生儿医院感染与多种因素有关,但只要合理而全面实施有效的医院感染管理对策,可以使之得到有效预防与控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To explore and evaluate the risk factors of neonatal nosocomial infection in order to enhance the administration of neonatal nosocomial infection to raise proposition on standardized administration.METHODS According to nosocomial infection management of relevant reviews,the main risk factors of neonatal nosocomial infection were analyzed by clinical investigations and hierachy process of administration.RESULTS By the strengthening the awareness of medical staff in nosocomial infection control,the reasonable usage of antibiotics,enhancing medical staff hand-washing compliance and strengthening management of neonatal ward,the neonatal nosocomial infection rate was lowered.CONCLUSIONS Neonatal nosocomial infection has related with variety factors,but it can be prevented and controlled via overall reasonable and effective management of nosocomial infection countermeasure.更多还原
