【摘要】 目的观察国产吉西他滨(泽菲)联合奈达铂治疗晚期鼻咽癌的有效性和安全性。方法泽菲1000mg/m2、静滴,第1天、第8天;奈达铂80mg/m2、第1～3天,静滴;28天为1疗程。对符合入组标准的30例晚期鼻咽癌患者进行化疗,每例患者至少进行3个疗程化疗,然后评价疗效和毒性。结果完全缓解4例,部分缓解16例,稳定8例,进展2例,总有效率66.6%。最常见的毒副作用是血液性毒性,主要是血小板下降,Ⅲ～Ⅳ度下降占36.6%。白细胞减少及血红蛋白下降较轻,大部分为Ⅰ、Ⅱ度。恶心、呕吐、肝、肾毒性较少。结论泽菲联合奈达铂治疗晚期鼻咽癌疗效较高,毒性较轻。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of the combination chemetherapy of Gemcitabine nedaplatin with advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Metheds Thirty patients of advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma were chosen.Gemcitabine 1 000mg/m2,intravenous infusion d1、d8,nedaplatin (NDP) 80mg/m2 intravenous infusion d1~3.4 weeks was one course of the treatment,totally for 3~6 cycles.Results The objective response rate (RR) was 66.6%(20/30).The main toxicity was myelosuppression.But it could be well tolerated by most patients.Conclusion Gemcitabine combined with nedaplatin (NDP) is effective and sufety to advance nasopharyngeal carcinoma.更多还原
