【摘要】 目的总结后腹腔镜技术在泌尿外科中的应用经验,探讨其在泌尿外科中的临床应用价值。方法对2007年以来我科行后腹腔镜手术的49例患者进行回顾性分析。结果47例患者顺利手术,2例中转开腹手术。肾囊肿去顶减压术平均手术时间64min,平均出血量34ml;肾脏切除术平均手术时间92min,平均出血量115ml;单侧肾上腺切除术平均手术时间138min,平均出血量168ml。1例出现腹膜损伤,但未影响手术。结论后腹腔镜具有创伤小,并发症少,患者恢复快等优点,在泌尿外科应用中有巨大临床应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Summarizing the experience of retroperitoneoscopic nephrectomy for urology,to investigate the clinical value of retroperitoneoscopic nephrectomy.Methods 49 cases underwent retroperitoneoscopic nephrectomy were analyzed from 2007 to now.Results 47 cases underwent retroperitoneoscopic nephrectomy perfectly,only 2 cases converted to an open surgical procedure.The median operating time for unroofing of renal cyst decompresssion,nephrectomy and adrenalectomy were 64min,92min and 138min.The median amount of bleeding was 34ml,115ml and 168ml.1 case went peritoneal injuries,but without effecting operation.Conclusion Retroperitoneoscopic nephrectomy is a safe and efective procedure with less invasion and blood loss.There is a great clinical value for urology.更多还原
