【摘要】 目的通过观察护理措施对小儿秋季腹泻疗效的影响,探讨小儿秋季腹泻的护理指征。方法126例小儿秋季腹泻患者随机分为两组,均给予常规基础治疗的同时,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予全面综合护理措施,观察并对比两组治疗后的疗效,总结护理体会。结果观察组疗效高于对照组(P<0.05),应从严密观察病情、消毒隔离、心理疏导、皮肤护理、饮食指导、静脉补液等方面加强对小儿秋季腹泻患儿的护理。结论有效的护理措施可以提高疗效,对小儿秋季腹泻的治疗有着积极意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the nursing measures on the curative effect of diarrhea in children autumn to explore the care experience of diarrhea in children autumn.Methods 126 cases of infantile autumn diarrhea were randomly divided into 2 groups of the basis for conventional treatment,while the control group received routine care,the observation group to give a comprehensive and integrated care measures,to observe and compare the efficacy of the two groups after treatment,summed up nursing.Results It was higher than that observed group effect (P<0.05).Should closely observe the condition,disinfection and isolation,psychological counseling,skin care,dietary guidance,such as intravenous rehydration to strengthen the autumn of diarrhea in pediatric care.Conclusion With effective nursing interventions can improve the efficacy of the treatment of diarrhea in children autumn has a positive significance.更多还原
