【摘要】 目的对比腹腔镜全子宫切除(TLH)与腹腔镜辅助下阴式子宫切除(LAVH)的泌尿系受累情况。方法回顾性分析2007年10月至2010年8月由同一医师主刀的TLH18例和LAVH22例的病例资料,比较不同手术方式下泌尿系受累的情况。结果两组在年龄、妇科疾病、术前泌尿系基础病及尿常规方面比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者停留尿管时间,拔除尿管后患者排尿的顺畅情况,术后第1天和术后第6～8天尿常规的红细胞白细胞异常率比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),但TLH组的术后第3～5天尿常规结果异常率比LAVH组高(P<0.05),TLH组有1例患者出现术后输尿管下段梗阻需再次手术。结论 TLH比LAVH存在较高的泌尿系受累率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives To compare of urinary system affected by totally laparoscopic hysterectomy(TLH) and laparoscopical assisted vaginal hysterectomy(LAVH).Methods A retrospective analysis was made for 18 cases of TLH and 22 cases of LAVH which were performed by the same doctor from October 2007 to August 2010.Results There were no significant difference between the two groups on age,gynecological diseases,urinary disease and urine routine before operation(P>0.05).There were no significant difference between the two groups on catheter stay time,smooth urination rate after removal catheter,urine routine of 1 day after surgery and 6-8 days after surgery(P>0.05).And there were significant difference between the two groups on urine routine of 3-5 day after surgery(P<0.05).There was one case with postoperative right lower ureteral obstruction in the TLH group.Conclusions TLH had a higher rate of urinary tract involvement than LAVH.更多还原
