【摘要】 目的探讨分叶剜除法在双极等离子体前列腺腔内剜除中应用的价值。方法对92例需行前列腺增生手术的患者,在行双极等离子体腔内剜除术的过程中,加以应用分叶剜除法,观察手术的时间、术中并发症的出现情况。结果所有利用分叶法行前列腺腔内剜除术的患者手术均顺利完成,手术时间均控制在2h以内。有2例患者,只行单叶的剜除,拔出尿管后均不影响排尿,尿流率测定大于10ml/s。结论对于初学者而言,利用分叶剜除法行双极等离子体前列腺腔内剜除术,既可以保证手术安全及疗效,又可以缩短前列腺剜除术学习周期。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the advantage of divided transurethral enucleative resection of prostate for treatment of be-nign prostatic hyperplasia with bipolar endoscopic system.Methods In 92 patients,we observed the operation time,and complications of the operations using divided transurethral enucleative resection of prostate for treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia with bipolar endoscopic system.Results All operations were finished successfully and the operation time was less than two hours.In two patients,only one part of prostate gland was scoop out because of lower tolerance of operation.The flow rate of urine was over 15 ml/s after operation in both patients.Conclusions It is easy to master transurethral enucleative resection of prostate for treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia in the divided transurethral enucleative resection way,and the safety of operation can also be guaranteed.更多还原
