注射用美罗培南中碳酸钠的原子吸收分光光度法检测
Determination of Sodium Carbonate in Meropenem for Injection by Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry
【摘要】 建立了原子吸收分光光度法测定注射用美罗培南中的碳酸钠。以钠空心阴极灯为光源,采用空气-乙炔火焰原子化器,分析线330.3 nm。以氯化钠作对照品,结果氯化钠浓度为56~420μg/ml时线性关系良好,检测限为3.2μg/ml。碳酸钠的平均回收率为101.5%,RSD为2.6%。
【Abstract】 An atomic absorption spectrophotometry was established for the determination of sodium carbonate in meropenem for injection.An air and acetylene flame atomizer was used with hollow cathode lamp of sodium as the light source,and the test line at 330.3 nm.Sodium chloride was used as the reference substance.The calibration curve of sodium chloride was linear in the concentration range of 56-420 μg/ml.The limit of detection was 3.2 μg/ml.The recovery of sodium carbonate was 101.5%,with RSD of 2.6%.
