【Abstract】 Gastrointestinal prokinetic agents can be used to manage gastrointestinal motor dysfunction through stimulating gastric emptying and intestinal transit.In this paper,the concept and the physiological basis of disorder of gastrointestinal motility are introduced.Special emphasis is placed on the progress of gastrointestinal prokinetic agents,such as motilin receptor agonists,ghrelin,dopamine receptor blocking agents and 5-hydroxytryptamine receptor agonists.更多还原
