盐酸曲马多分子印迹聚合物膜电极的制备及应用

【摘要】 介绍了盐酸曲马多分子印迹聚合物离子选择性电极的制备、特性及应用。该电极在1.0×10-6~1.0×10-2mol/L范围内表现Nernst响应,斜率为30.4mV/pc,检测限为6.3×10-7mol/L,回收率为97%~101%。

【Abstract】 A molecular imprinting polymer membrane electrode of tramadol hydrochloride was prepared, characterized and used in pharmaceutical analysis.The electrode exhibits Nernst response in the concentration range of 1.0×10-6-1.0×10-2 mol/L.The slope was 30.4 mV/pc and the limit of detection was 6.3×10-7 mol/L.The recoveries of tramadol hydrochloride were 97%-101%.
