【Abstract】 Stud ies show that gender education could strengthen college students’surface recognition and deep rec-ognition identification of subjective awareness;weaken dull gender impression,the relationship between reasonable cognitive gender and ability,the relationship between specialty and personality;improve their sensitivity to gender inequality in labor force market,thus their occupation managing abilities will be improved.更多还原
